We take equal pride in these installations as we do with product manufacture. This project was logistically difficult as labor was needed to receive store within an operational gas plant. Chilled water air handling unit and associated handle valves, and unload lines. Perilous work area and operational plant around the building. Chilled water and heating water reticulation piping whole with insulation and cladding. Central chilled water systems entire with cooling towers and pumps. Project included all building and demolition works. Here are some of the mechanical services involved in this exceptional project: Redesign work was carried out to accommodate existing services and accomplish project milestones. Achieving needed tolerances for humidity controlled rooms. The construction schedule for this project needed all mechanical labor to be completed and functional within a three month time frame. Installation of plant room services was late due to construction. Installation of 2 new chillers, associated cooling towers, chilled water piping, fresh boiler and heating water pipework, and associated mechanical plant serving the new wards. 2 off Gas fired boilers and associated heating water pipework heating water coils and pumps. Installation of fresh plant and equipment into existing plant room needed to be coordinated carefully in order not to affect the operation of the hospital.
